My Week Unwrapped: April 22, 2017

Looks like another week has passed and so it's time once again for My Week Unwrapped, in which I go over all the games I've been playing these last seven days. It's been a super busy week with lots of great games, and I'm not even including all the Onirim I played. First off, I finally finished both my walkthrough and review for Visiontrick's Pavilion. My experience was overall very positive, but some bugs and frustrating features held it back a bit for me. I do highly recommend it, as the art, Read more [...]

My Week Unwrapped: April 15, 2017

Hi everyone! I'm back yet again with My Week Unwrapped to tell you what I've been playing all week. This week was a bit on the quieter side compared to the last month or so. I've also been playing some pre-release games, which I'll mention briefly but will talk more about once they're out. One of the reasons I haven't played too many new games this week is that I'm still obsessed with Asmodee Digital's single-player card game, Onirim. My Week Unwrapped: April 8, 2017

Hi everyone! I had to pull myself away from Onirim to write up another installment of My Week Unwrapped. Its been a very busy week, with some great games to cover. First off, I finished the first episode of Tin Man Games' Miss Fisher and the Deathly Maze. Having thoroughly enjoyed all three seasons of the TV show, I was really looking forward to the game. While it is a very solid murder mystery game, it didn't quite live up to my expectations, as I felt it played things a bit too safe. I wanted Read more [...]

My Week Unwrapped: April 1, 2017

Hi everyone! I'm back again a day late wit My Week Unwrapped because it been really busy finishing up reviews and walkthroughs. Because of that, I didn't play too many games this week, but they were good ones. I finally finished my second play-through Night School Studio's supernatural adventure game, OXENFREE. I found it very worthwhile to play it again, as I missed a lot of things my first time. Also, things change on the second play-through, so it felt different enough that I didn't feel like Read more [...]

My Week Unwrapped: March 25, 2017

I'm a few hours late (read: half a day) with My Week Unwrapped because I was busy playing games late last night. Hopefully it isn't too confusing keeping the Saturday date at the top! I'm still catching up from the last few weeks of games, as well as some new ones. It's a really, really good time to be an iOS gamer. I hope all the PC ports we've been getting mean developers are taking the platform more seriously, as there are a lot of games I want to play but still can't get myself to do so on Read more [...]
