I believe the fire hydrants are checkpoints (mark your territory).

Level 1:

Pick up the lightbulb, then head out the door. Follow the tutorial, which shows you how to move clouds so you can use them to get over gaps.

When you come to this contraption, spin the wheel to pull the next platform closer to you (you may be forced to use a hint/lightbulb here).

Position the clouds so you can get to the next platform:

Use the ladder below these clouds to climb up and get the bone:

Now this section, keep repositioning the clouds so you can climb higher and higher. Make sure to pick up the lightbulb and two bones.

On this next section. You need to keep moving the cloud down so you can use it to get to the platforms below. Make sure to grab the bone.

Now you need to use the fish to cross. Tap the flies to drop them in the fish’s mouths so they’ll close them. Then hop on the fish to cross the water.

When you come to the last fish that’s sleeping, jump on its back. Tap flies to drop them in the water in front of it and the fish will move ahead to eat them. Then get off when you’re at the other side.

The teeth of the skull here will drop and kill you if you don’t avoid them. So run under the skull quickly and let them drop behind you. Now, drag the teeth/rocks with your finger to the left side so they start to pile up a bit. Use Mimpi to jump on the top one and get to the bone in the skull’s eye.

Now move at least one of the teeth over to the right side so you can use it to get up on the platform.

There’s a rain cloud here. This is new. Double-tap it to make it stop raining and also split into two. Drag the two clouds apart so you can use them to cross the water. Also make sure to get the lightbulb below the rain cloud.

Be careful here, because there’s an ape up ahead throwing barrels down the hill. Jump over them and get to the small platform so you’re out of harm’s way. There’s a cloud hidden behind the tree. Move it so you can get to the next platform.

There’s another wheel here, but it’s not connected. Pull the rope to both pieces and it will automatically tie a knot. Then turn the wheel to pull the platforms together.

Use this ladder cloud to get to the next platform:

Then use these three clouds to get the bone and then to the next platform. Keep moving them as you need to.

Jump down and get the bone here:

Then use the clouds to get as close as possible to the next platform. Combine the clouds to make a rain cloud. Tap the apples in the apple tree to make one fall under the rain cloud. It will grow into a tree that you can climb to get across.

Up ahead you have three fish — a red, blue and green. Each color needs to be fed three flies of its own color. I’m not sure about this, but I think if they eat the wrong color flies, you’ll need to feed them more of the right color. Jump across them when their mouths are closed.

This next bit involves a giant bottle of soap and a water dish. First, use the wheel and rope to pull down the pink thing.

Next, bring the water bowl over from the right and put some soap in it. Then then the clouds into a rain cloud over the water bowl to make them sudsy. Stand near it at you’ll be slingshot in a bubble to the next level.

Solve the hidden object puzzle:

I only got 8/9 bones in level 1, so will have to figure out where the last one is.

Level 2:

This next level takes place underwater, and you have to press jump to stay afloat and avoid obstacles. If you pop your bubble, you die.
