Chapter 8, Pirate Chase:

1. Pull down the lever and notice the numbered buoys you pass by — red 2, blue 3, silver 4, yellow 5.
2. Look at the gauges. They say 20 and 4. Change the channel on the radio to 204 and the police station will contact Kate.
5. Combine the colors from the buoys for the combination lock. So blue 3 + yellow 5 = green 8. And red 2 + blue 3 = purple 5. So the answer is 2835. Enter it and take the WD-40 lubricant.
6. Use the lubricant on the steering wheel to loosen it up. Then use the radio again to let them know you’re on track to follow the Pirate.
7. This boat mini game is hard to show in screenshots, so I’ll have to make video for it. You need to navigate the boat the X. Then watch the ending!

I used a key for the final chapter….what a waste that was╬ô├½├¡Γò₧├åΓö£ΓûÆΓö¼Γò¥
Seriously what a waste of a key. That was the shortest chapter ever.
CouldnΓÇÖt figure out how to get the boat through to the ending. Screenshots might have helped more than trying to find the video.
I played this one in the original version so I didn’t use a key. But I did use my hint stars on the boat puzzle. There was no way I was smart to figure it out. I had to skip 4 puzzles when usually the record is 1-2 (depending on how dumb I am for that particular day and how willing I am to puzzle it out. It’s a 3 minute puzzle give or take a bit. No way to pause to use your video (that I am aware of. I am so glad I had 31 stars!
It won’t let me click on the gates – it only gives me a half a second to click one – and it won’t let me use my stars to skip the stupid boat puzzle. Same problem, not enough time to click on Kate’s dialogue to get rid of it and then click on something… I don’t understand why so many games don’t work with Chromebooks, if they don’t work, then why th do the devs and / or Google Play say that they do work with them.
I can’t get through the boat puzzle and I don’t see a video 🙁
