Adventure Escape Mysteries – Death Dodgers

Haiku Games is back with a new Adventure Escape game, and this time you’re playing as Marcus, who accepts an invitation to beta test an exclusive new augmented reality game called “Death Dodgers.” But the game is more than it appears to be. Help Marcus claim victory in a mysterious augmented reality game with dangerously high stakes! This walkthrough guide should help you if you get stuck on any of the puzzles in Chapter 2 of Death Dodgers. Feel free to ask for extra help in the comments section.

Chapter 2:

1. Marcus wakes up in Fun Land and it’s already the next day! He tries to delete the app from his phone but he can’t. And none of the people around him seem to be real. He decides his best plan is to find the girl he spoke to yesterday. First, try tapping on the kids again to find out that they want a balloon. Then, grab the fishing rod. Also, look at the Boardwalk Snacks menu and take the open sign.

2. Place the open sign on the balloon cart’s sign. The kids will see it and demand balloons from the man. Then they’ll leave so you can head down to the beach.

3. There are two admins on the beach, so we have to be careful that they don’t see us. Use the fishing rod to grab the dollar bill from the ocean. Also, look at the locked box under the lifeguard. There’s five colored dials and five images to match them. Find those items on the boardwalk snacks menu and note down their numbers. Then enter those numbers in the right slots for each color. You end up with:

Lobster Roll = 7
Frozen Banana = 8
Fried Clams = 5
Fish Sandwich = 4
Ice Cream Cone = 9

Enter 78549 into the box to open it and take the medical scissors from inside.

4. Use the medical scissors to cut open the woman’s purse and take the clown key from inside. Also, notice that the little girl wants ice cream.

5. Go back to the boardwalk and use the clown key to unlock the gate to Fun Land. Then go through.

6. We need to get onto the Ferris wheel in order to get a better view of the park. First, use the dollar bill on the vending machine to get some ice cream.

7. Go back to the beach and give the ice cream to the little girl. They’ll both leave and you can now destroy the sand castle to get the tool key.

8. Go back to Fun Land and tap on the Ferris wheel. It’s broken, but you can use the tool key to open the toolbox. Take the Ferris wheel repair instructions and the screwdriver from inside.

9. Go back and use the screwdriver to open the yellow panel near the feet of the clown. Then tap on it and place the Ferris wheel repair instructions down. Now you have to solve the Wiring Puzzle. Draw wires in the grid so that all the conditions on the paper are met. Drag from a node to draw a wire. Drag back over a wire to erase it. Wires can cross over each other, but cannot run parallel on the same space. You can copy my solution below.

10. Now the Ferris wheel should be working, so go back to it. Pull the lever and get on. You’ll see the girl on the boardwalk but your phone alerts you that the next game is starting. We’re going after the girl, though.

11. Go back to the boardwalk and then follow her down to the beach. You see her walk under the pier with her admin. Follow her!

12. You’re too late! Oni_Gurl and ClaireBear already started the next game. You need to help Oni_Gurl so she doesn’t get eliminated! First, take the horse key from ClaireBear’s purse,

13. Go back to Fun Land and tap on the carousel. Use the horse key to unlock the control booth. Pull the lever to turn on the carousel and then take the park map. Look at it.

14. So now what we need to do is count the different colored stars on each of those objects around Fun Land. Let’s start with the carousel, since we’re here. Watch the horses as then rotate and count the blue stars. Use the black horse as your guide for when you’ve seen them all. We need to count the blue stars, and there are 3. Next is the Arcade and there are 2 green stars. The clown has 6 orange stars. And last, the Ferris wheel has 5 pink stars. Now, tap on the locked case with the ladder inside. There’s a lock with four dials. The locations match the objects on the park map. Just use the stars we counted or copy my solution below. The take the ladder from inside.

15. Go back to Uni_Gurl. Place the ladder down so she can climb up. Shell then win her game but tell you to check the notification on your phone. It turns out you’ll be atomized if you don’t play the game!

16. Take the ladder with you. If you can’t yet, then first go back to Fun Land and tap on the Arcade. It’s locked but you can use the ladder to climb up and through the skylight.

17. Now we’re inside the arcade. For the next game, you have to play against Dr. Snakes and the person with the most tickets at the end wins. He starts playing an arcade game and the machine disappears! But Uni_Gurl shows up and wants to help you. First you need to find a way to open the door for her. First, look behind the clown and grab the sticky hand. Also, open the lunch box and take the command list. It’s covered in jelly! Look at the computer screen to see that the key for the door padlock is in the Punch Fighter cabinet. To open it, you need to perform an ultra combo. There’s four special moves.

18. Use the sticky hand to reach the bandana that’s hanging from the ceiling. Then wet it with the water bottle and use it to clean off the command list.

19. Notice that all the special moves have animal names. And we need to figure out which four to use. The clue is the stuffed animals on the shelf. They go Eagle, Dragon, Wolf, Shark. So the four special moves are:

Rising Eagle
Dragon Fire
Lone Wolf
Shark Dive

Let’s play the Punch Fighter game! Follow the combos for each special moves. You can copy my solution below. Then take the arcade key and use it to unlock the door.

20. Oni_Gurl says we need a quarter for the machine. Check her bag. There aren’t any, but you’ll find hair clips.

21. Use the hair clips on the gum ball machine to get some quarters and then use it on the pink arcade machine.

22. Now you have to solve the Arcade Game Puzzle. Push the ice cream balls into the cones in the proper order. The speech bubbles next to each cone shows which ice cream balls must be pushed into them. Use the left and right arrow buttons to move the character. Move the character into an ice cream ball to push it. Use the up and down arrow buttons to climb ladders. Move the character onto a button in the level to change the platform layout. Marcus wins and you learn Oni_Gurl’s name is Stella before you both pass out.
