Adventure Escape Mysteries – Dino Country

Haiku Games is back with a new Adventure Escape game, and this time you’re playing as Catalina Romero, who is in charge of her family’s dino ranch while her parents are away. But dinosaurs have been going missing lately and you have to stop the smugglers! This walkthrough guide should help you if you get stuck on any of the puzzles in Dino Country. Feel free to ask for extra help in the comments section.

Chapter 1:

1. Catalina is taking care of Starfall Ranch, a dinosaur ranch that her family owns. Sugar is asleep. Ted Boone shows up for a bit but then leaves. Mrs. Smith, the shopkeeper, will sell you dino food but first we need to find the coin purse. Sugar is sleeping on it, so grab a dino treat and feed it to her to wake her up.

2. Grab the coin purse and give it to the shopkeeper. She’s about to unlock the kibble bin for you but she forgot the code! Let’s figure it out.

3. Look at the lock on the bin to see four colors. Then look at the fruit in the fruit stand. Count how many of each fruit there are and then match them to the colors on the lock to open it. You get:

Green Peppers = 6
Yellow Apples = 3
Blueberries = 9
Pink Dragonfruit = 7

So the code is 7639. Enter that to open the bin and get the kibble.

4. You’ll load up the kibble and head out with Sugar. When you get back to the ranch, a cowboy shows up to adopt a baby dino. First we need to catch one! Open the chest and grab the rope and knife from inside. Also, grab the ladder piece from the dead plant.

5. Use the knife to open the kibble and then pour the kibble into the trough. Use the rope to catch one of the dinos as they’re eating. Then you’ll automatically give it to the cowboy and he’ll head off.

6. Belle shows up and gives you a newspaper. Before we use it, feed Sugar the other dino treat and have her break open the crate. Then take the wire from inside and also the ladder piece.

7. Now, look at the newspaper and then tap on the locked door to the left. Notice the lock has the same lines on each button as the lines in the word NEWS. So press the squares in the same order you see them in the word. I numbered them for you. Take the ladder piece from inside. We can’t reach the kibble yet.

8. Place all three ladder pieces on the ladder to fix it. Then use it to reach Sugar’s kibble. Use the knife to cut open the bag and get Sugar’s kibble. We can’t feed it to her yet, though.

9. Now, use the wire to fix the fence. Then tap on the panel near the lever and let’s solve the Fence Panel puzzle. Connect matching pairs of nodes by drawing wires. To draw a wire, start at a node and drag your finger around the grid. All grid spaces must be used. You can copy my solution below.

10. Now the fence is powered up. Pour Sugar’s kibble into the trough to distract her. Then open the stable doors and head inside.

11. Grab the hay hook and the broom. Also, open the door to where the eggs are resting.

12. Move the sack aside and grab the chew toy. Use the broom to sweep away the pile of hay and grab the duck. Use the hay hook to move the bales of hay aside and grab the bear. Also, notice the shelves with toys on them. Place duck, bear and chew toy on the shelves. Notice the bear is pointing down at the duck, the duck is facing the rabbit, the rabbit’s ear is pointing at the bone, the bone is pointing at the football, and the football is pointing at the chew toy. Basically, copy those five directions into the cabinet above the toys. Then take the light bulb from inside.

13. Look inside by the eggs. Look at the checklist. Switch out the dead light bulb with the new one. Then turn on the lantern to see the letters CJR. Enter those on the lock outside the door and then take the storage key.

14. Leave the stable and use the key to unlock the storage door. Take the hose and bucket from inside. Connect to the hose to the water tank and fill up the bucket with water.

15. Go back inside the stable and pour the water on the soil by the eggs to dampen it.

16. Now we need to turn the eggs. Let’s solve the Egg Puzzle! Press glowing tiles to roll the egg in that direction. Get the egg upright on the colored square. There are three eggs to work on. I made a video for you.
