Adventure Escape Mysteries – Dino Country

Haiku Games is back with a new Adventure Escape game, this time a VIP exclusive that ties in with Dino Country. It’s a sequel chapter that features Sugar’s new baby, Lucky. We need to do chores around the dino ranch before the reporter gets there. This walkthrough guide should help you if you get stuck on any of the puzzles in Baby Roundup. 1. Start by clicking on the icon above the purple dinosaur. We need to solve 10 puzzles in which we herd dinosaurs. Place dinos onto the grid so that there’s one in each pen, row, and column. Two dinos can’t be placed in adjacent squares. I have screenshots for all ten levels below.
2. Next, tap on the scissors. For each of these puzzles, you need to cut the fabric into pieces to fill the outline shown on the paper. In Cutting mode, pick a dotted line, then press the scissors button to cut. In Rotate mode, touch a fabric piece to rotate it. Drag cut pieces over to fill the outline. The cuts are what’s important here and I’ll show you how do them for each level. Always start with the lines that go all the way across the page.
3. Next, tap on the cactus icon. This time you have to play a merging game. Merge together similar cacti to upgrade them. When two prickly pears are merged, they’ll go into the basket. Clear the board by merging all cacti and prickly pears. I labeled each one with either a L for Left, R for Right, D for Down and U for Up, as well as a number to tell you the order to do it in.
4. Now that we’ve finished all three sets of puzzles, tap on the dinosaur icon to go back to Lucky in the barn. Open the leftmost door and go in. We need to help Lucky fall asleep by choosing the right blanket, plushy and music roll. It’s pretty easy. Take a look at the Baby Naptime Poster and the row of colored books. The poster tells you which book to look at for each item. For the blanket it’s the third book, for the music it’s the eighth book, and for the toy it’s the fifth book. Then you go by either the color, symbol, or dinosaur to figure out the right ones. In the end, it should look like the image below.
5. Next, tap on the middle door to feed Lucky. First, read the rules on the poster. Then drag the correct food items onto each plate based on the poster. There needs to be 18 items total. We know that there should be 3 carrots and 2 corn. The fish and steak together add up to 7 and there’s one more steak than fish. So fish is 3 and steak is 4. That brings us to 12 so far, leaving 6 for the fruit. There are 2x the amount of figs as prickly pears, so it’s 2 prickly pears and 4 figs, bringing the total to 18. Here they are in list form to make it easier:
Carrots = 3
Corn = 2
Fish = 3
Steak = 4
Prickly Pears = 2
Figs = 4
Here’s the solution based on the rest of the rules:
6. And last, go through the right door to give Lucky a bath. Look at all the clues around the room to help you figure out how to set the water valves. Take a look at the bottles of soap to see what color each shaped dial is matched with. Then look around the room for hints that match those colors. The flower shape is the lavender/purple bottle and there’s a purple fig on the tup. Turn the flower valve in the direction the fig is pointing. The square is yellow and so is the poster for mints, which has a finger pointing to the right. So that’s the direction the square valve should point. The third valve is a cross and the bottle is red. The red poster has an arrow through a heart. Change the direction to match that arrow. And last, the round valve is the green bottle, which matches the shovel. So point that valve in the same direction the shovel is pointing.
7. Now we just have to figure out the order to pour the soaps based on the clues around the room. The clue is on the plaque that says MDCCCL. Notice each of the bottles has one letter bolded. So the order ends up being Green, Red, Yellow, Yellow, Yellow, Purple.
8. And finally, dress up Lucky however you like and then have the reporter take his photo!
