The House of Da Vinci 2: Chapter 3 Walkthrough Guide

21. When you’re done there, take the screwdriver.

22. Go back to the other dragon and insert the screwdriver in the hole above the three vials of liquid. Turn it to open the kids. Drop the red, yellow, and green marbles into the vials to change their colors. Then spin the wheels at the bottom to release the liquid.

23. Some machinery will start moving on the dragons. Zoom in and take the safety screw.

24. Go to the other dragon and insert the safety screw. Rotate the machinery parts to make space and then pull down the piece. The dragons will spew fire!

25. Take the part of a mechanism from the right dragon’s mouth.

26. Da Vinci will head upstairs to work on his secret project, leaving you to finish up here. A new device rises up from the bottom. Zoom in on the top of it and use the part of a mechanism with it. Push it down to open it up.

27. Pull down the left brass handle at the base of the figure. He’ll hold up his book. Open it up and take the Sagittarius disc from inside.

28. Find one of the open compartments on the corners of the box. There’s some flowing dots that look like stars and two rings that rotate. Place the Sagittarius disc down. Use the rings to make all the stars light up.

29. Rotate the two ribbon pieces to open up the latch. The whole disc will fall. Pull the slider to the right and open the panel. Take the brass handle and notice the map inside.

30. Find the other open compartment on a corner of the box. Insert the brass handle in the slot and turn it to reveal a wheel.

31. Use the wheel to find the same location you saw on the map earlier and then move the reticule to that spot. Then take the wooden brush.

32. Go back to the little map and pull the lever down. The second brass handle on the figure will be released. Pull it down and then place the wooden paintbrush in his hand.

33. Two more compartments open up.

34. Check out the right one first. Zoom in on the top and press the red gem. Take the part of a flute.

35. Stay there and pull the slider down to reveal a small key. Take it.

36. Now go to the left compartment and use the small key to release the weight. The sword will drop. Take the teardrop-shaped gem.

37. Press the red gem to reveal the main part of a flute. Take it. Then combine the two halves to make a complete flute.

38. Place the teardrop on the figure’s forehead to open a new compartment behind him.

39. Place the flute in the slot and pull the two rings in to secure it in place. Pull the lid down. Then press the button to push air into the flute and make it play a tune. Then the box will sprout legs!

40. Looks like there’s an elephant in there trying to come out. Zoom in on one of its legs and rotate the ring to reveal an opening. Take the rail from inside.

        No problem I will wait patiently. Cudo nelli is the word you have write that in symbols square with a dot is the letter L and a candle is the letter e thatΓÇÖs you glue the games give you.

      In chapter 4 I am in the wooden cabinet with the geometric symbols but donΓÇÖt know what to do. Hints keep telling me that LdaV told me to use the knocker but I canΓÇÖt get back out of the door to try anything there.

        Phew… done it. Paper and pen are required to get the correct symbols!!

    I have got to the mirrors but I am missing a wheel to move one side of the positioning of the mirrors, I can move one side but not the other, have I missed it somewhere?

    I have connected the two flute pieces, but I can’t drop the flute into the machine with the two retainers and the big button. I bring the flute from inventory to the machine, but it doesn’t light up to show it’s in the right spot, anywhere. Either a bug, or I’m missing something?

      Nevermind. Turns out I needed to OPEN the device first. D’oh!

    I am totally stuck trying to put the head on the bird in the cabinet. I take the head over to the body and nothing works no matter size or orientation Help!

      Have patience, try doing something else, it will happen unexpectedly on its own

    Ref no 6 the clock with the four cardinal point pins. Carefully watch each one as it “stabs” its way into each quadrant. You will see it either vanish below, ride over or the circle will encompass the “stabby image” Just move each quadrant until they all encompass the shape. Messed around far too long until I spotted this. 😀

    I put the tear drop in the puppets head and must have hit something because his head won’t open again so I can put flute in. Help please
