The Mystery of Blackthorn Castle 2

Blackthorn Castle 2 is the latest point-and-click adventure game from Syntaxity. It’s the sequel to The Mystery of Blackthorn Castle and has you traveling back in time to a 14th century castle to break the dark wizard’s spells and find a mysterious artifact. It can be tricky at times, so this walkthrough guide should help you if you get stuck on any puzzles. Feel free to ask for extra help in the comments section.

106. Go to Scene 57 and place all five glowing rune stones down on the gold circles. Then place the blue orb above them to catch the light. A whole bunch of new paths will open up. Before you leave, take the rune stones back.
107. Go back to Scene 54 and head right to Scene 55. Place the rune stone on the pedestal to make it a glowing rune stone. Don’t forget to take it back. Also, find the wood tree slice under the curtain.
108. Go back to Scene 82 and go down through the new hole between the rocks. Pick up the hand crank and place the rune stone on the pedestal to make it a glowing rune stone. Don’t forget to take it back. Also, pick up the metal carving and take a look at it.
109. Go back to Scene 29 and head down through the hole in the rocks to Scene 30. Grab the gold button.
110. Go back to Scene 72 and place the gold button on the floor with the others. Now we can solve the puzzle. Use the clue you took a photo of in Scene 87 to solve it. Basically, count the number of petals on each button and place them in the same locations as the numbers on the clue.
111. Go down the ladder to Scene 73. Place the torch on the wall to light up the room. Use the hammer to get the green large crystal. Tap on the clock hands on the wall to take a photo of them.
112. Go back to Scene 42 and continue through the trees to Scene 43. Continue along the path to Scene 44. Solve the puzzle on the wall by sliding the tiles around until they form the image below.
113. Go through to Scene 45. Place the torch on the wall so you can see. Grab the bottle of vinegar. There’s also a locked cabinet here but we don’t have the key yet.
114. Go back to Scene 21 and place the rune stone on the pedestal to make it a glowing rune stone. Don’t forget to take it back.
115. Go back to Scene 7. Place the slab of coal in the machine and then zoom in on it. Use the clue from the metal carving to solve the puzzle. It’s another silly clue. When you see a row with one circle or square, you press the normal circle or square button. If you see a row of two circles or squares, you press the button with the chopped up circle or square. You can follow my order below. Take the coal pieces when you’re done.
116. Go back to Scene 24 and place the coal in the forge. Use the torch to light it and then add the bent metal piece. It’ll heat up and you’ll get a red hot bent pipe.
117. While here, light the coal again and place the wood tree slice on the fire. Then take the metal dial that was inside.
118. Go back left to Scene 23 and place the red hot bent pipe on the anvil. Use the hammer a few times to turn it into a straight metal pipe.
119. Go back to Scene 90 and use the straight metal pipe on the water pump. Pump it to drain the water.
120. Go down to Scene 91. Place the crank on the wall and turn it to bring the elevator up. Then take it down to Scene 92.

The flute doesn’t work after several tries

The tower and Roman Numerals… Place balls at 2,4,5 in the 2nd to last column. In the 2nd column, place balls at 1,4; then move ove 1 column and place ball in 1st spot. AND nothing happens! So then I tried placing balls to the right of the gear in those same spots but rotated once to the right. And that worked! Thus, its gear ball gear ball in first row of gears. 2nd row is ball at the left of last gear. Skip row 3. Row 4 has balls at right of gear 1 and gear 4. Last ball is right of gear 4 in last row.
